Like it the last time you will ever do it.

Like it is the last time you will ever do it....That is the way we look at Racing at TLN Motorsports. Every pass we make is like it will be our last. You never know what may happen, when what you love may be taken away from you. You never know what awaits you out on the course. A mistake, a parts failure or just a momentary lapse of concentration. You just do not know what awaits when you twist the throttle to leave the line.

Maybe that is why I love what I do so much. It never feels like risk. You prepare, check and double check, then go do it. You always know something can go wrong, but it is what you do. What we live for. I know those that have a plan each weekend. They slowly step up from run to run. It works great for them and they are successful with that strategy. For us at TLN it would never work. We are in attack mode from the moment we unload at the track. The focus is on the chase, and the God of Speed is out there. We never leave anything on the track. Ride it like it is the last pass of your life. It is the pass you were born to make, the pass you will always remember and remembered for. It is the pass that legends are made from.

We try to live our life with the same thought process. Do it like it is the last time you will ever do it. There is no tomorrow, just today, just this one moment in time. Leave your mark. Be proud of what you accomplished. Wouldn't the world be such a better place if our countries, our governments did the same. Stop talking about issues and do something about them. It may be the last time you will ever have a chance to.

We continue to prepare for the closing round at Maxton over Halloween weekend. 13 days away. The bikes stand ready, just continuing to go over all the Little things. The quest for 200 mph on the mile with the ZX-10 and 185 mph on the mile with the ZX-6 is on. The God of Speed is waiting. Chase is on. Remember like it is the last time you will ever do it. Never Give Up/Never Give In.
