As the days till Maxton and the "Throttle Nation Shootout" count down, 33 and counting we continue to prepare to defend our 650cc all motor title and also finish up the ZX-10 for a run at the 1000cc all motor title. This is now the single biggest goal we have set for TLN. The ZX-6 will hopefully be in our hands by the 1st week of September. Just a few parts left to arrive and the 10 stands ready. Whatever it takes we will be at the Shootout and each pass will be spectacular. All we want, all we need is a chance. The rest is up to us.

With the events of this past week I have been reminded just how much you must live everyday. How much you have to squeeze every ounce of life out while you are alive. You simply never know when it is your time. It could be on the job, in your sleep, driving to the store or doing what you love. Each breath could be our last. Do not allow that last breath to come without knowing you are getting all you can from your life. To waste it would be shameful. We have no control of the cards life deals us, but we do have control of how we play them. Live your dreams. Chase your goals. You can do anything you want, if you want it bad enough. TLN Motorsports is a prime example. A little family team that was working out of the front room of a rented house became a multiple World Record holder, because we refused to loose. We are still a little family team with Red Ink all over everything and working out of the garage at our house. We want more, more National and World Records. We want to win 2 classes at the Shootout. It is never easy and it shouldn't be. The harder you work, the greater the struggle, the sweeter the taste of the success. Set your goals. Chase your dreams. Never Give up. Never Give in. Squeeze life by the throat and live every moment as if it is your last. Watch for us in the Shootout. The countdown continues, and we continue to prepare.
